Our team used the mat for pitching and it helped us with some minor things to work on. When we got them in the cage hitting with the mat, we had a lot more hits. Kids were not stepping out. Great visual for young kids.

My 9 year old son in a very short time has started pointing his front foot firward while throwing. His arm mechanics have followed. He way more on point with his throws. And he dosnt open up while hitting not which has resulted in way more hard hit line drives. We are very pleased with this product
