We purchased the ThrowMo after our daughter used it at her baseball practices in the fall of 2023.

It is a great tool that allows players to really understand their throwing mechanics, and what their bodies should be doing throughout the entire throwing motion.

I have implemented the ThrowMo into my team's training/practices this spring and the kids love it. I can see that the kids are growing as throwers after having used the ThrowMo based on their mechanics, strength and accuracy.

I plan on continuing to use the ThrowMo in my trainings/practices, and exploring its diversity by doing fielding drills with the ThrowMo so that players can practice maintaining their throwing mechanics in a game situation where they have to move, pick up the ball, and then go into their throwing motion.

I also plan on using the ThrowMo with batters who have a tendency to open up when they swing. Because the ThrowMo is linear, it should allow batters to learn the muscle memory necessary to stride towards the pitcher when batting, and eliminate the batter from opening up.

I 100% recommend the ThrowMo to anybody who has a child who plays baseball, football, or any other sport where they have to throw. Great tool.

The ThrowMo Trainer is an excellent training tool! I purchased it for our 10u and 12U teams, and our coaching staff loves it!
Our coaches are able to incorporate various drills to improve our players throw mechanics and understand the importance of getting your body in the right position to make that play!

Throwmo is such a great tool for up and coming baseball players to improve the stance, alignment, and movements of the throwing motion. I've seen a quick improvement in my younger son's team in just a couple of weeks. Definitely in my baseball wagon for every practice to get some reps in.

ThrowMo is a great tool as it teaches great form right away. It gives the athletes a perfect base on how much to spread their feet and how to aim their front foot towards the target with a strong powerful throw for really any sport. We use our ThrowMo at the fields and in our neighborhood street and works great in all types of surfaces. I also love the design of the ThrowMo as it folds up and you can hang it up for easy transport and storage.

My 8 year old has been using the ThrowMo to improve his pitching footwork, and my younger girls (7 and 5) are using it to learn a basic throwing motion. Great product! Well worth the purchase price!

ThrowMo made it so easy to teach my son the fundamentals of throwing. The feedback kids get from feeling the matt under their feet is better than anything you can tell them. Highly recommended, even for the casual sports players.

The ThrowMo is a solid, key fundamental product that establishes and develops the most basic and important part of baseball: throwing. It seems like this product should have been developed ages ago, as it is brilliant in its vision. How many of us have taught our own kids or coaches on teams where we are constantly trying to explain to kids the basic throwing motion? And we try talking, demonstrating, moving their bodies- often to lack of attention or failed repetition. The moment I brought out a Throw Mo, every kid on the field was desperate to try it (as were the older 9-12 year old siblings!). It teaches by sight and by doing, and it's fun to use, which is the best and easiest way for kids to learn. I'd recommend that coaches of boys and girls from ages 4-10 have several, and it works with older kids too, to ensure that proper throwing motion always remains intact.

This was a great way for my boys to really have a visual tool while working on pitching and throwing. They were able to look down and see where they landed and were able to make the corrections themselves! This is great for teaching and really gave my boys the visual cues they needed to get their mechanics down!

I’ve been a youth baseball coach for 40+ years and have seen my share of devises designed to help players improve various parts of their game. Many of them are prohibitively expensive, so when I heard the cost of ThrowMo, I knew it would be a must for anyone wanting to help their son or daughter to develop proper throwing footwork. This training aid will help youngsters learn what it feels like to have a good throwing motion. It should also help young pitchers, by teaching them how their front foot needs to land towards the target. What I especially like about ThrowMo is that it fits in the trunk of your car and is ready to go when you bring it out for practice. I recommend it for anyone trying to get better at throwing the baseball.
