Purchases made from our website, https://throwmotrainer.com, are eligible for return for a full refund and free return shipping up to 30 days from purchase, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email team@throwmotrainer.com. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Durability Guarantee

FOR TRAINING PRODUCTS ONLY

ThrowMo is built for repeated, high-intensity training — and we stand behind it. We guarantee that your ThrowMo will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your product experiences defects in materials and workmanship during this time, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If you experience an issue, simply email team@throwmotrainer.com with a description or photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of you.

ThrowMo is designed for outdoor training, but like all performance equipment, it will last longest with proper care. To help maintain durability, we recommend storing your ThrowMo in a cool, dry place when not in use, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures, not leaving it outdoors for extended periods (such as overnight or between sessions), and wiping it clean and dry after use in wet or muddy conditions. Damage resulting from prolonged or repeated exposure to harsh environmental conditions, improper storage, misuse, or abnormal stress is not covered under this guarantee.
